Verifying your email address is a common requirement across all online platforms, retailers, forums and more. It is important to verify your email to:

• Prove you are who you say you are

• Prevent account lockout

• Comply with industry regulations

• Apply best security practices

In order to verify your email account you must have setup your multi-factor authentication first or the link won’t work.

Purpose

To verify your email address on our Billing Portal.

Procedure

1. Login to your account

   1. https://billing.deltanetworks.au

2. Once you login you will see a banner across the page

3. Click the Resend Verification Email button

   1. Note: We also send frequent reminders and links if you skip this process.

4. You should see an email land in your mailbox shortly

   1. Not receiving the email? Check your inbox has not run out of space or the message has gone to Spam/Junk.

5. Click the link from the email and it will take you back to the Billing Portal and verify your address!

   1. If this did not work you need to activate your MFA first before doing so.

6. Done! Your account should now be verified. ⭐
