A reminder your MFA is one per portal. I.e. An MFA code for Billing Portal and one for Game Panel.
What we are doing to improve our cyber security posture?
Delta Networks takes industry practice measures to assist in the protecting of your information. As such, we also enforce MFA (multifactor authentication) against all customer and administrator accounts.
This is to ensure we have a positive security posture and to keep our promise of ensuring we do our best to protect your information.
What type are you enforcing?
We are enforcing 'OTP' authentication also known as "app authentication". This means you won't be able to send codes to your mobile via SMS or email because it is best to use this OTP method in present day as it is less prone to exploits, vulnerabilities and other circumvention tactics.

What happens when I make my account?
When you make your account for the first time, you may login, however you will find that no matter what page you attempt to visit, it will redirect you to setup Two-Factor Authentication (https://billing.deltanetworks.au/user/security). This cannot be bypassed as it is a requirement for your account; we are serious about security and we will not have any exceptions.

In addition you will be asked to verify your email, we also take this seriously; so you don't forget, we recommend verifying your email immediately to prevent any disruptions or issues with our services/products.


Troubleshooting
When I click 'Click here to Enable' button nothing happens/comes up?
We recommend using another web browser or disable any element/ad blocking extensions. We have tested our website on Chrome, Firefox, Brave, Opera and Edge without noting any unexpected issues. We highly recommend trying another web browser if you are running into issues with popups / modals becoming blocked.

What happens when I purchase a server?
When you purchase a server from the Billing Portal and pay your invoice, our system will automatically create an account for you.

You have two choices to sign in:
a) Use the “My Delta Account” option for single sign-on (same password, easy, modern)
b) Use the fallback “Game Panel” username and password (separate, traditional, different passwords)
Regardless of a or b option, you must still use two different MFA codes.
For example see the below picture showing us logging into the Game Panel using option b, notice how we are prompted with an MFA code request.
The code below is not the same MFA code / token as your Billing Portal account. E.g. You should have two tokens if you’re using our Game Panel & Billing Portal.

General information about MFA
So how do I set this up?
You can download Authy, Microsoft Authenticator, Google Authenticator or more from any App Store or Google Play Store.
There are also premium password managers such as Bit Warden and Keeper that support OTP. You can pick any one of these and set up your MFA.
If you are unsure on how to add our MFA to your respective app we recommend searching on the internet, forums etc. for advice i.e. "How to add my mfa to Microsoft Authenticator" or similar.
