Using our Plugin Browser

Introduction

This guide shows you how to install mods for Hytale using our built-in mod manager tool so you don't need to muck around with files! You still have a manual install option ➡️ available if you so desire.

Delta Networks clearly states what package is for Modding. If you attempt to mod a server not recommended for builds other than vanilla, we will not provide support regarding server instability or performance issues.

Prerequisite

  • Your server must be stopped

  • Always make a backup before introducing changes to prevent dataloss!

  • You must have a Hytale server

Procedure

1) From your Game Panel under the Tools section, click on Plugin Browser or Mod Manager

2) In this example, we will click Plugin Browser




3) We will then install the EyeSpy for this example

4) Click on 'Install'



5) Wait for the install to complete and you should see a successful install message and label as shown above


Want to auto-update your plugin? Click on the “Installed” tab and click “Auto-Update” button to turn it on.

Optionally, you can click “Check All Updates” (orange arrow) if you wish too.



6) Once complete, start your server!
