Updating server mods and DLC list

Introduction

When you purchase your Factorio server, by default the additional content is enabled with the base-game. You can disable this if you do not own the content in order to join your server, if you do not you may face a join loop with a constant message shown. (picture below)

Example message on join

This message is shown when your client does not match the content of the server you are running. If you don't own the Space-age DLC for example, you can disable it from our control panel. Steps are outlined below.

Enabling content on joining your server

To enable content you have installed or otherwise own you must do the following:

1) Start your server

2) Launch your Factorio game and attempt to connect to the server

3) You will see a confirmation box appear as shown above

4) Click on synchronize

5) Another dialogue will appear with a list of content required. If you own the content (or have the mod(s) installed) you will see a checkbox to enable them.
