Troubleshooting
I am getting access denied when trying to SFTP into my server?
Make sure you are using the same password you entered when you created your Delta Networks account with us. Alternatively you can use the fallback Game Panel password, steps below.
When you first setup a server with us, you receive one email inviting you to our Game Panel. This email allows you to create a Game Panel account and password.

This is not to be confused with your Billing / Client account with us on https://billing.deltanetworks.au.
If you have forgotten your Game Panel account password, raise a support ticket from your Billing / Client account - https://billing.deltanetworks.au/login - We can reset this password for you in order to use it for your SFTP.
