Ordering a cPanel instance

Delta Networks offers Web Hosting (cPanel) for your website needs (Wordpress). cPanel can also be used for other things like emails, CardDAV and more.

When purchasing a Web Hosting plan, your selection of choice comes down to how complicated your project is going to be. If you are handling large websites with large databases, we recommend the Enterprise plan, or a custom quote. If you’re an enthusiast or small business owner, one of the other plans will suffice.

When you order a Web Hosting plan from us, you must either:

  • Register a new domain

  • Transfer your domain from another registrar

  • Or use an existing domain and update the nameservers

A domain’s TLD have their own rules and requirements. Some TLDs require you have a valid ID, whilst others may require you to provide a valid ABN number. All TLDs have slightly different rules and when you purchase one through Delta Networks, we are no different in that respect.

The AuDA has guidelines we as service provider must follow. If you cannot provide a valid ID or the type of information you are asked to provide during the order, we may reject your order.

Purpose

To show you how to order a web hosting plan with Delta Networks.

Procedure

  1. Goto deltanetworks.au

  2. Navigate to Store > Web Hosting


  3. Pick how you’d like to associate your Web Hosting with us.. i.e. purchase a domain, use an existing etc.


  4. Follow the checkout prompts, enter true and accurate information. Any fraudulent information will result in your order being rejected.

    Tip: When you order a new domain with a new web hosting service, your web hosting service upon payment, will be activated automatically. However be aware that some domains require a manual approval process due to AuDA requirements or similar.


  5. After you have ordered and paid your invoice. Our system will approve your order, you will then receive a confirmation email, please action this asap so you can gain control of your domain issued out.
