Known Issues and Workarounds
Palworld suffers from a memory leak bug currently with no fix at this time. However, you can perform a workaround that is outlined below below.
What is a memory leak?
This means the longer your server is online and running, the more memory it consumes until there is none left.
What does this mean for my server?
It means if you do not restart it reguarly you will find it will crash as you have used all of your allocated RAM.
Our workaround solution
You can set up a server schedule to restart your server on a timely basis. For example every 12 hours in order to flush the memory.
Access this feature by navigating to your control panel, server, and in the left sidebar, choosing Configuration -> Schedule → Create.

You can learn more about schedules by clicking here.
When defining tasks after your schedule is created, you can pick the desired action, set a time offset in seconds (determining the delay before the task kicks in after submitting), input the payload under the payload section i.e. Starting and Stopping the server.
We are recommending you restart the server every 6hrs or 12hrs.
Troubleshooting
The server won't show up in the Community-Server tab.
This is a known problem and the game devs will need to fix this. We recommend to connect by IP directly. (and password if applicable)
The config file gets deleted / reset on server restart.
Before editing the server config file always make sure to fully stop the server first. Otherwise your changes wont be saved.
Note: Remember to click away from the text box to save your changes. You should see this message:

Incorrect password or password not entered error.
When joining a server you need to make sure you:
a) Check the "enter password" box to the left of direct connect before you try joining your server
If you are still facing issues after doing this try step b.
b) Access your Game Panel, stop your server and go to File Manager on the left of the server and navigate to ./Pal/Saved/SaveGames/0/2D738../WorldOption.sav and rename that file to WorldOption.sav.old
c) Start your server, try to join and it should work now. If you still have issues please raise a support ticket with us.
