Prerequisites / Disclaimers

• Access to the Modern Warfare 3 and Plutonium client

• Your dedicated server is online and working

Purpose

To direct connect in-game in order to play privately with mates.

Procedure

1. Start your server if it is not already started.

2. Copy the ip address to your clipboard, in this example we are using:
   
   

   

   Click the IP address to copy it

   
   

3. Launch IW5 via Plutonium.
   
   

   
   
   

4. Once in the game menu press the Console key. By default this is ~.

5. You should see an additional menu appear across the top of the game menu.
   
   

   
   
   

6. Type in connect {YOURIPADDRESS} for example connect 12.345.678.99:0987.
   
   

   
   
   

7. Hit enter key

8. You should see the game begin to load in, enjoy! ⭐
