Console
About
The console is the main way that you can directly access and interact with your server. The console provides useful information about what is happening on your server in real-time.
Features
Output
Log entries prefixed as [DELTA] are the server daemon (aka: System).
The console output tells you what’s going on with your server. This can be daemon logs and debug logs, activity logs, error logs or chat logs from your server.

In this example we see the daemon telling us the server is starting, followed by the game's own server output.

You can also filter the output using the tabs provided
Input
The console’s input function allows you to interact with the server directly as the administrator. Depending on the service your running, depends on what commands are available to you.

In this example I am interacting with a BeamNG.drive (BeamMP) server using the input function.
Uploads
Only some game servers support the upload log feature.
This feature allows you to upload your log to a special link to provide to the Delta Networks support team. Once you click the button shown below, you are given a special link above your console output container.

You can then paste this unique log link in a support ticket for instance.
Popout
This feature is simple. It lets you pop the console container out into its own window for ease of use if preferred.

Controls
The controls found on the Console page are quite simple in nature. You can’t accidentally click on restart, stop or kill as you are given a confirmation prompt.

Confirmation prompts

You use them to:
Starts the instance based on the startup script of your product

Restarts the instance
Stops the instance gracefully

We recommend avoiding ‘killing’ the instance unless nessecary. Killing an instance can cause unexpected save/data corruption.
Kills the instance forcefully

Resource Usage
The resource usage section found at the bottom of the Console page is useful for understanding if your server is being under utilized, over utilized or running somewhere safely inbetween.

Under utilization:
If your server is not using all of what you’re paying for, we recommend downgrading your plan per month if suited to ensure you’re maximizing your value for money.
Over utilization:
If you find your server is crashing and the audit log shows OutOfMemory: true this means you’re maxing out the available RAM given to you. You can also use your server metrics to identify how much space you have available too.
