Access to your billing account on the Billing Portal - Forgot your password?
Purpose
To show you how to cancel your own service as you desire.
Procedure
Upon cancelling, your product data is deleted from our servers. Download a copy of your data before proceeding.
Sign-in to your Billing Portal account
Click on your active product/service with us from the Dashboard
After clicking the “Request Cancellation” button your server will do one of the following depending on the Cancellation Type you selected:
Immediate: Within an hour or so an automated script terminates your server data, product, instance and frees up the allocated resources previously made available to you.
End of Billing Period: At the end of your current billing cycle (before your next bill is due) an automated script terminates your server data, product, instance and frees up the allocated resources previously made available to you.
